By accessing this website, purchasing a vehicle, selling a vehicle to us, or using our consignment or trade-in services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Dream Motors
Dream Motors Used Car Trading LLC is a used and new car trading business based at Showroom 45, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Rd, Umm Dera, Umm Al Quwain, UAE, serving customers across the UAE and international export buyers.
2. Vehicle Listings & Availability
All vehicles listed on our website or displayed in our showroom are subject to prior sale. While we update pricing, availability, mileage, and specifications regularly, errors or changes may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice. Listed prices do not automatically include registration, VAT, or transfer fees unless explicitly stated.
3. Vehicle Inspections & Condition
Vehicles are inspected internally before being listed for sale. Inspection reports are available on request. Unless a specific written warranty is provided at the time of sale, vehicles are sold on an "as inspected" basis, and buyers are encouraged to arrange an independent inspection before purchase.
4. Payments
> Outright purchases: Payment is due in full at the time of sale, prior to handover and ownership transfer.
> Selling to Dream Motors: Same-day payment applies once a valuation offer is accepted and all required documentation is signed and verified.
> Consignment sales: Payout to the vehicle owner occurs only after the vehicle is sold to a buyer, per the terms of the individual consignment agreement signed between the owner and Dream Motors.
5. Trade-Ins & Loan Settlement
Trade-in valuations are estimates until the vehicle is physically inspected. If a vehicle being sold or traded in has an outstanding bank loan, Dream Motors will coordinate with the relevant financial institution to settle the balance as part of the transaction; final settlement figures are confirmed directly by the bank and may differ from earlier estimates.
6. Financing
Dream Motors may assist in connecting buyers with third-party banks or financing providers. Final loan approval, interest rates, and terms are determined solely by the financing institution and are not guaranteed by Dream Motors.
7. Export Sales
Buyers purchasing a vehicle for export are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the import laws, safety standards, and customs requirements of the destination country. Dream Motors' responsibility is limited to preparing UAE-side export documentation.
8. Ownership Transfer
Dream Motors assists with RTA ownership transfer and registration processes as part of standard transactions. Transfers are subject to standard government processing timelines, which are outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Dream Motors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use, resale, or export of a vehicle after the completion of a sale.
10. Website Use
Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
